I really love working with people who really want to get things moving. I work best with high-achievers, especially those with the “young-at-heart-syndrome.” A sense of humor is an absolute must! I have enjoyed working with all sorts of individuals. From the age 13 to 75!

  • the busy executive who wants to balance getting healthy and moving ahead.

  • the entrepreneur who forgets to take care of herself.

  • an entrepreneur of another sort – the busy mom.

  • young, hip and incredibly cool twenty something’s who are looking towards the future.

  • newly divorced dads who want to figure out how to care for themselves as well as figure out what to make for dinner, when the kids are over.

  • single professionals who are tired of the cocktails and cigarettes and crave balance and health, but just don’t know where to start.

  • fitness professionals who want to get out of the plateau, and get a life outside of the gym.

  • funky cool grandparents who want to keep on livin!

I have worked with all ages, and various types of people. You may wonder why? From the most varied educational background – humanities, business administration, the arts, literature, journalism, coaching and of course, health and nutrition – to living and experiencing various careers… exercising horses, teaching dance lessons, a nanny to five children, a restaurant foodie in the restaurant and club business, journalist, corporate marketing and sales for hot dot.com’s, to happily starting my own business. Let’s just say, I can relate and I really find people interesting.

Some health concerns I have successfully worked with are:

  • Turning PMS from a curse to an energy source
  • Sugar sensitivities
  • Carbohydrate addicts
  • Fatigue and low energy
  • Mood swings
  • Weight Management for good
  • Relearning self-care and self-nurturing
  • Finding balance for work and health
  • Freedom from the Diet Mentality

What I would expect from you:

  • show up on time
  • be honest and in search for the truth
  • communicate openly and freely
  • actively participate in the sessions
  • come prepared to discuss your top three concerns
  • be in total commitment to yourself, your success and your future
  • “try on” the recommendations we come up with together
  • be willing to PLAY BIG!

For Women Only

Most of the work and all of the reward is found
outside of the time we spend on our sessions.
